Steven Keim is a 33-year veteran of the real estate industry whose diverse experience includes sales, leasing, development, assemblage and redevelopment. His extensive knowledge of commercial brokerage comes from involvement in hundreds of transactions, many of which required creative and innovative strategies. Keim is well versed in the nuances of both the buying and selling sides of real estate and has extensive experience in tenant representation and as a landlord’s agent for numerous commercial listings.
Steve has been involved in retail property repositioning and has led major reuse projects including the conversion of a retail shopping center to a warehousing & fulfillment center.

Tenants, landlords, developers and investors need not only proficiency and experience in their real estate representatives, but the ability to trust and depend on an agent to represent their best interests. For the past 25 years, Steve has focused his energies on land assemblage for major developments and project management. He currently is engaged in Tenant representation for warehousing and logistics. He is certified in supply chain management and provides representation for related real estate needs. With continued outstanding performance, Steve has earned distinction among his peers as well as his clients. Additionally he has received many other industry accolades throughout his career.

Steve currently serves as a Managing Director of Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties in Idaho and Montana.
