Christopher Scatterday joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty after a 30-year career in the luxury retail automotive industry. Chris’ proven track record as a leader and business owner allowed him to grow and operate three luxury car dealerships in the Westchester and Fairfield County markets. Chris’ unique experience as both a developer and operator of Industrial and Retail properties allows him a unique perspective on the ever-changing market trends impacting these asset classes. From site selection to design and construction, Chris looks forward to guiding his clients through all aspects of the development process.
Chris was born and raised in Ridgefield, Connecticut, and continues to be an active member of the community, where he currently resides with his wife and three daughters.
