Sarah Scott

Sarah (Murphy) Scott is a native Floridian and Full-time Realtor, with a passion for helping others and a love of all things Real Estate. Born in Stuart Florida, and raised in Perry & the beaches of Taylor County, she spent time getting to know and cherish the city of Tallahassee while on day trips to explore, shop, and dine with her grandmother, mom, and two younger brothers. From an early age, Sarah looked forward to the rolling hills, tree-lined canopy roads, the architecture of downtown, diverse culture, and the city with a small-town feel, that Tallahassee offers.
Following high school graduation, Sarah was fortunate enough to experience living in Tallahassee, Indialantic (Melbourne) Florida, the high desert of California City, California, Newport News, Virginia, and Warner Robins, Georgia. While living in middle Georgia, she began her career in Real Estate, at Coldwell Banker Robbins & Free. After spending 13 years living outside of Florida, in 2015, she moved back to Tallahassee and continued to work with Coldwell Banker, at Coldwell Banker Hartung. Since 2017, Sarah has worked as a Full-time realtor, in Taylor County, where she grew up. She has experience in Land, Commercial, and Residential Real Estate listings and sales.

Sarah is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and she brings education and real world experience in the realm of Real Estate Marketing, to the table. She is a Florida native, having grown up in Perry, and having been an active member of the community for most of her life. She currently resides in Perry, and is very familiar with the Commercial and Residential (rental/investment properties) market in Taylor County. She brings with her a network of colleagues and potential investors, both local, and out of town. Sarah is a full-time Realtor, and offers years of experience in both Commercial and Residential properties, as well as investment portfolios. She serves the entire Big Bend area, covering multiple counties and is familiar with various markets. Sarah is a devoted animal mom, passionate about the natural world, loves spending time in the Florida sunshine, and the vast outdoor beauty that our country boasts. She also has a knack for gardening, photography, cooking, decorating, and entertaining family & friends. Sarah is also an avid reader and believes that reading and traveling are essential to living a happy life.
Sarah is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she studied Business Administration. In addition to Real Estate experience, she also has an extensive background in marketing, and advertising sales.
Community is another essential component of Sarah’s life. She has devoted time volunteering for the American Cancer Society (Relay for Life), and Pets Ad Litem. Native knowledge and diverse industry experience, along with proven sales experience, coupled with her passion for helping people, allow Sarah to bring upbeat professionalism and wisdom to all Real Estate Transactions.
