Neal is a longtime Charleston resident. He has been active in the Charleston region residential,
construction and development business since 1998. His focus is commercial, residential and recreational
land throughout the Southeastern U.S
Results driven, he serves his clients as a no nonsense “Boots on the Ground Land Guy”. A former 35-year
housing executive, Neal has held senior leadership positions with several private and publically held
Home Builders, and is closely affiliated with the residential development community in South Carolina.
Neal is a Board Member of the Charleston Home Builders Association, The Fellowship Society, and
serves as a member of the Charleston Chamber’s Development Committee.
Neal and his wife Ellen live on Isle of Palms. They have four grown children and three grandchildren.
They enjoy fishing the flats, and raising Gun Dogs.
