Haley is a dedicated Multifamily and Land specialist with expertise spanning the Lubbock and West Texas markets. As a former Class III Commercial Appraiser, she brings a specialized perspective on market opportunity. Her background includes developing data-driven valuation models for more than 20,000 income-producing properties, including individual assets valued at over $110 million. Analyzing net operating income, cash flow, capitalization rates, cash-on-cash return, internal rate of return, discounted cash flow, operating trends, and development potential, she aids apartment owners and investors in identifying value drivers and making informed decisions based on the property’s current performance and long-term potential. She also assists clients with land sales, development opportunities, and investment property analysis connected with 1031 exchanges. Originally from Albany, Texas, Haley is proud to call West Texas home. She is an active member of the Lubbock community and enjoys supporting Texas Tech athletics.
