Michael “Mike” Liess is the Principal Broker and driving force behind Coldwell Banker Commercial Custom Real Realty , Coldwell Banker Custom Realty , Custom Realty Property Management , and Custom Business Brokers — a powerful network of real estate companies based in the Greater Rochester, NY region.
A proud Rochester native and graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Mike launched his real estate career in 2004 with a focus on investment and income-producing properties. Since then, he has grown into one of the area’s most trusted and knowledgeable real estate professionals, with experience spanning residential, commercial, multifamily, and business brokerage.
Mike’s leadership style is rooted in service, integrity, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
