Michael “Mike” Liess is the Principal Broker and driving force behind Coldwell Banker Commercial Custom Real Realty, Coldwell Banker Custom Realty, Custom Realty Property Management, and Custom Business Brokers — a powerful network of real estate companies based in the Greater Rochester, NY region.
A proud Rochester native and graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), Mike launched his real estate career in 2004 with a focus on investment and income-producing properties. Since then, he has grown into one of the area’s most trusted and knowledgeable real estate professionals, with experience spanning residential, commercial, multifamily, and business brokerage.
