Mr. William “Bo” McMillan began his career with Kraft Foods (Sealtest Dairy Division) in sales, marketing, and territory development. Since that time, he has held multiple sales and marketing positions for companies such as HIS Sportwear, Inc., Intercontinental Branded Apparel and The Florence Regional Airport where he focused on growth and development of airport properties.
In 2000, after obtaining his Real Estate Certification from Horry Georgetown Technical College, he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Seaboard Properties, focusing not only on sales but marketing for the company as well.
Since then, Mr. McMillan has served as President and CEO of Kar Kleen Wash Systems, LLC and is the former Mayor of the City of Mullins, South Carolina. As Mayor, his accomplishments include serving as Chief Executive Officer of the City of Mullins Council, he developed and promoted a plan of growth, promoted city events, economic development, restructured finance processes, budgeting processes, growth of fire and police departments, which includes the addition of two new fire stations, and their first ladder truck. The remodeling of City Hall, Library, Tobacco Museum of South Carolina, Revitalization of the Central Business District, Recreation Department and Facilities and developed plans for the Sesquicentennial Anniversary and Park Project.
