Buffy Schichtel

Buffy was born and raised in Michigan and earned a Bachelor's Degree from Western Michigan University. She fell in love with real estate in 2008, after purchasing her first home, remodeling it, and turning a profit. After repeating the process with two more houses, she knew that the world of real estate was a perfect fit for her and decided to get licensed to help others fulfill their dreams of buying and selling real estate.


Buffy makes herself available to her clients with a high level of communication and patience, and will always put the experience over the sale. She believes in giving back to her community and has been very active with numerous non-profit organizations. She gives a portion of her time to the Special Olympics Polar Plunge and was a part of the largest team with the most money raised in 2022. Additionally, she supports the Women's Division Chamber of Commerce by helping fill the local food pantries for those in need and dances with the local stars for charity with a group called the ?Boss Babes.? She services the communities along the Lakeshore of West Michigan and delights in sharing what the beautiful Michigan area lifestyle has to offer her clients with her local knowledge and expertise; which include a multitude of outdoor activities offering gorgeous nature trails for walking, hiking and biking in addition to golf, boating, wonderful dining, boutique shopping along with unique events and activities for everyone. She especially likes to share with people her love of old hotrods that was handed down to her from her father, and enjoys driving them in parades and attending car shows with him.
