Jonathan "Jon" B. Hogan, is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Georgia and South Carolina. Jon joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial Upchurch Realty team as a licensed agent in November 2019. Jon is versed in the acquisition, management and disposition of real estate assets, and he has transactional experience ranging from triple-net retail investments, income producing multi-family properties, professional office buildings and land development deals. Jon's market sector focus includes Industrial, Land, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family, Office, & Retail.
