Jeremy Bates is a Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Transactions at Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmidt Family of Companies and is a leader of the firm's Advisory and Transaction Services Group. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Schmidt Family of Companies, Jeremy was with CBRE where he was Vice President of Advisory and Transactional Services. Before CBRE, Jeremy was with Stark Enterprises as Vice President of Leasing, where he was responsible for managing, supervising, strategically planning and negotiating many transactions. He has implemented leasing strategies, and ultimately analyzed, negotiated and executed leases in power centers, community centers, specialty centers, and lifestyle centers. Jeremy's hands-on approach was instrumental in leasing shopping center developments and re developments throughout Stark Enterprise's portfolio where he also contributed to design, layout, financial budgeting and financial feasibility analysis in order to maximize returns for the developments.
