Associate Broker, Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors, Petoskey.
After spending 14 years in Metro Detroit, my family's Up North adventure began in 2009 when my wife Regina and I moved to Mackinac Island. We spent four incredible years as year-round residents, and during that time, we fell in love with the Petoskey area. With its breathtaking views of Little Traverse Bay and the laid-back, outdoor lifestyle, it was the obvious choice when we decided to relocate to the mainland.
As a longtime resident of Resort Township, I know firsthand what makes our community such a special place to live. Since 2015, my spouse Regina and I, along with our golden retriever, Maddie, have called the Hemlocks neighborhood home. I'm deeply invested in our area, not just as a homeowner, but as an active member of the community.
I currently serve on both the Resort Township Board of Review and the Zoning Board of Appeals. I'm also the Treasurer of Big Water Creative Arts and Secretary of the Petoskey Outboard Cruising Club. Giving back is important to me, and I'm proud to support organizations that help make our region vibrant and connected.
Professionally, I've been in real estate since 2016 and currently hold my broker's license as an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors. I enjoy helping buyers and sellers navigate the Northern Michigan market with confidence and care.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy cycling along the Little Traverse Wheelway, boating on the inland waterways and area lakes, and skiing at Nub's Nob during the winter months. I'm also passionate about music and play bass guitar in a local band, performing throughout the area.
If you're curious about home values in our area or thinking about making a move, I'd love the chance to connect. Whether you're just starting to explore your options or ready to take the next step, I'm here to help.
