Warren Johnson

Warren J. is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with a strong focus in Retail Investment Sales. A U.S Marine Veteran who possess an elaborate expertise in asset planning, investment analysis, financial/pro-forma modeling, and a unique ability in creating value + cashflow though traditional and/or nontraditional processes. His devotion to real estate began over a decade ago executing opportunistic and value-add strategies amongst assets within his investment portfolio.
Through action, Warren places extraordinary emphasis in the following core values; Intentionality, Integrity & Commitment. He persistently challenges himself to remain an astute leader in his abilities by avidly reading, attending regional & national conferences, seminars, corporate and legislative body meetings. Warren is an active member of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He also studies real estate and business law extensively at Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson School of Business. He embraces a high level of compassion and generosity, exhibited not only through his local volunteering efforts, but also through international effort's which began in Chinandega, Nicaragua.
