Marlena has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been a Senior Commercial Broker and top producer with Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic since 1999, consistently earning the Circle of Distinction Awards. Marlena earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2004. Only 6% of an estimated 150,000 commercial agents world wide are members of this elite group. This designation offers a strong knowledge base in evaluating properties, enabling her to determine whether to buy, sell, lease or lease-back to obtain maximum returns. She consistently guides clients in the direction of their best interest and bottom line by listening to their goals and needs. Marlena is actively involved in her community as a Board Member of Dorchester Children and as a Rotarian, as well as other various local organizations. She received her Business Degree from Limestone College and is a member of Charleston, SC and National Board of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division and Urban Land Institute. She is also involved with the Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Chamber of Commerce. Marlena is passionate about her work and strives to guard her clients interest with her training, industry experience, market knowledge and integrity adding value to each transaction.
