From 2001 to 2007, Kurt was an independent contractor for an Atlanta based shopping center developer, coordinating site selection, acquisition and pre-development due diligence for big box anchored shopping centers, including Kroger and Home Depot. Joined Metro Brokers in 2007 and became an Associate Broker in 2010. Real estate practice concentrates on serving as listing agent, representing clients with complicated and diverse real estate portfolios, especially in undeveloped land. Recognized among 3,000+ agents, as Metro Brokers' #1 Commercial Agent in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
