As Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial - JM Properties, Michael Song brings over 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, specializing in brokerage and development services. He currently leads the firm’s New Development & Investment Projects division and property management division, drawing on a deep well of expertise in acquisition, entitlements, development, property management and project management.
Michael holds both a Master’s and Ph.D. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from UCLA, and his academic foundation has informed a successful career delivering high-impact projects across a wide range of asset classes—including retail shopping centers, multifamily housing, office buildings, industrial warehouses, single-family residences, and land development.
Recognized as an experienced industry expert, Michael offers valuable insight into project procurement, development management, financial and risk analysis, construction management, and value-add investment strategies.
