The source of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty’s statistical, market data and reports, John McClelland serves as the Vice President of Research and provides in-depth analyses of current market conditions, past performance, and risk, which allows our homeowners, home buyers, corporations, and developers the ability to make the most educated decisions when selling, developing or purchasing real estate in this great city.
Prior to joining the Strategic Services and commercial divisions, McClelland was the research manager for The Ryness Company’s Southwest Division, a national real estate sales, and marketing firm. He has also worked in commodity futures and options, as an urban planner with the City of Las Vegas, and as a regional economist with RCG Economics where he prepared numerous studies for developers, investors, and municipal and state governments. McClelland brings experience in economic analysis, GIS, and examines both residential and commercial real estate markets.
