Hello! My name is Danielle McCulloch.

I got my start in real estate working on the title/escrow side after graduating from UNM in 2017. I worked at First American Title where I learned valuable information that I carry with me today as a licensed realtor. My familiarity with the escrow/closing side of real estate transactions, I believe, is greatly beneficial in guiding my clients through a smooth transaction and getting to the closing table successfully. I joined Coldwell Banker Cornerstone Realty- Farmington in 2018. I have built my business through a foundation of professionalism, honesty, market knowledge and integrity. I am committed to delivering a standard of professionalism that my clients will remember and be happy to recommend. Real estate is where my passion lies- helping people find a forever home and providing a great experience throughout my client's journey.

A little more about me: I grew up mostly in Farmington, NM. I was born in Arizona and came to New Mexico in 2000. I spent nearly 8 years in Albuquerque through college and beyond. In 2018 I moved back to the area and truly love being near my family, the mountains, lakes and the outdoors. I am a highly active person and love to snowboard, workout. My favorite thing to do is explore new places and try the local restaurants along the way!
