Adam Whitbeck has been an active member in the Coldwell Banker team as an Associate Broker/Owner giving him the expertise to help lead all transactions and educate others. In 2004 he graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a B.S. in Business Administration and gained his Real Estate license shortly after. Adam also spent a semester studying Canadian Business at Concordia in Montreal.

Adam’s expertise is commercial sales, property management, and overseeing the company’s finances. He has successfully completed the coursework for the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

With over 19 years of experience, Adam is well-situated to help guide investors through the challenging parts of the transaction process to ensure sound investments.
