Originally I was only a residential agent helping clients and friends to sell or buy a home or investment property.  However, because of my years as a pastor and college professor, I discovered that churches and religious institutions had special needs that ordinary Realtors often did not understand, nor did they comprehend how churches make decisions.   
This reality was like an open door for me to serve religious organizations and charities.    I have three degrees including a Seminary doctorate and a M.Div. from Harvard Divinity School,  I have been a Professor and a settled Pastor.  I have served on the Board of Trustees for a religious college and taught widely in local congregations of various denominations.   Plus, I am certified as a "Church Consultant"  from a national organization.     
Over the years I have helped churches obtain church loans, eliminate debts, acquire properties, sell properties, evaluate property values with specialized analytic tools.    My clients have come from dozens of international clients, ethnic backgrounds, faith standings and denominations.  These groups have been in approximately eighteen different CA counties.  Please look at my website:    www.churches4sale.com
