Rachel Shreffler
ABOUT
Rachel, who joined Coldwell Banker First Equity in 2004 serves as the managing broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial First Equity. Rachel specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and land properties. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from West Texas A&M University.
Rachel began her career at Coldwell Banker in 2004. Her background spans market research, contract preparation, digital marketing, management, and commercial sales. Since moving from administrative positions to becoming a Commercial Sales Associate, she has closed and leased more than $40 million in transactions. As a licensed broker, Rachel serves as the broker for both Coldwell Banker First Equity and Coldwell Banker Commercial First Equity.
