Jeff Patton- Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors in Petoskey. After spending 14 years in the Metro Detroit area, my family's Up North adventure started in 2009 when my wife Regina and I decided to move North to Mackinac Island. In our four years as year-round residents, much of our time off the island was spent in the Petoskey area. With breath-taking views of Little Traverse Bay and the laid-back, outdoor lifestyle this area has to offer, when it was time to move relocate to the mainland, Petoskey was the perfect choice for us. In the summer months, I enjoy cycling on the Little Traverse Wheel way and boating on Northern Michigan's many inland lakes. In the winter months, you're likely to find me skiing at Nub's Nob enjoying Northern Michigan's winter season. I have seven years of experience in real estate and currently hold my broker's license as an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors. I enjoy giving back to the local community, volunteering with Manna Food Pantry and on the Board of Big Water Creative Arts.
