I was born and raised in Somerset, Massachusetts. I began my career working for New England Telephone in 1971. I learned early on that listening to a customerÌ¢‰‰Á¢s wants, desires and requirements and then providing them with options was the best way to satisfy them. Retiring from Verizon after 32 years, I started working with real estate in 2003 doing real estate appraisals.
