Carlos has 16 years of commercial real estate experience here in the Rio Grande Valley. Previously he was the general manager for a U.S. Customs brokerage firm. During his 20 years in that industry, he acquired valuable knowledge of the warehousing industry, local agriculture needs, and many valuable business contacts, both in Mexico and the local community. Born in Uvalde, TX he moved to McAllen where he graduated from McAllen High School and briefly attended what was then Pan American University. He credits his success to personally making contact with sellers and buyers, mostly through good old leg work. So if you are selling or in the market for warehousing, raw development land, ranch land, or retail sites, Carlos will give his 100% to fill your needs. Being married for 45 years and raising two wonderful daughters, he attributes his success in family life and business to placing God first, Family second, and very patriotically, Country third.
