Mitch Springer

Mitch Springer is a real estate professional with a strong background in financial analysis, investment, and commercial real estate. Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Danforth, Mitch worked as a Financial Analyst at Mill Creek Ventures. There, he underwrote and evaluated multifamily, industrial, and other commercial real estate assets. His experience includes analyzing property financials and market comparables, as well as evaluating development opportunities and long-term investment performance.

Mitch has contributed to acquisitions totaling more than 70,000 square feet and supported the planning and financial modeling of ground-up multifamily developments. His experience also includes due diligence, property operations, capital projects, and working closely with brokers throughout the transaction process.

Mitch also gained experience in wealth management at B3 Wealth Strategies. In that role, he supported advisors and participated in client meetings. This experience helped him develop a strong appreciation for the importance of trust, communication, and long-term relationships.
