Bill has successfully negotiated landmark transactions, including the 13.36-acre St. Luke Hospital, the 7.88-acre World Vision property in Pasadena, and the 5.85-acre San Gabriel Nursery. His achievements include a 126,000-square-foot lease with Earthlink Network, 2.2 million square feet of leases and subleases on behalf of IBM, and more than 500 commercial lease transactions across a wide range of property types. Today, Bill and his team represent 21 commercial properties for sale and lease in the greater Pasadena area.
