The story of Coldwell Banker Commercial Hamilton & Associates is a story of
leadership and success. Loye Hamilton & Boyd Williams founded Hamilton &
Williams in 1983 and was the first Coldwell Banker office to open in Tennessee.
In 1998 Coldwell Banker Commercial Hamilton & Associates was also one of the
first addendum commercial to residential offices in the Company. In 2001 Mr.
Hamilton acquired the office from his partner and the name was changed to
Hamilton & Associates. Coldwell Banker Commercial Hamilton & Associates
services, Cleveland, Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Loye was approved as an
exclusive Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate in 2006 and along with his team
of five affiliate brokers opened his full service office in May, 2006. The
office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer & communication
systems to serve all of your leasing, buying and selling needs. Coldwell
Banker Commercial Hamilton & Associates has a staff of respected Realtors who
are licensed in Tennessee and Georgia and understand the complexities of the
commercial industry. Our staff specializes is all types of leasing, along with
