RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT SITE IN FORT PIERCE, FLA. SOLD FOR $3 MILLION
Fort Pierce, Fla. (July 20, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller in the sale of a riverfront property located at 250 Rouse Rd. in Fort Pierce, Fla. in a transaction valued at $3 million.

The 16.26 acres site, located off Old Dixie Hwy in St. Lucie County, has canal access to the Intracoastal Waterway.
“This property was one of the few waterfront development sites left in St. Lucie County. The site had preliminary PUD (Planned Urban Development) approval for 62 residential units,” said Murphy.
