MADISON, N.J. (April 18, 2018) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates announced its 2017 year-end award recipients in numerous company, office, and affiliated professional categories.

The award winners were announced at the 2018 Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference in Orlando, Florida. Highlights of the 2017 Coldwell Banker Commercial awards are:

Commercial Elite: 14 CBC^® affiliated companies have been named to this group, the highest honor that any company can achieve. This award is based on Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income during the calendar year.

Halter/Case Leadership Award Recipient: Sheri Arnold, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold & Associates in Beaumont, Texas. Honoring the late Caine Halter, owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine and the late Ray Case, owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic International, this award recognizes an individual who embodies a positive attitude, professional aptitude and exemplary leadership.

3 Under 30: Patrick Barry of Coldwell Banker Commercial Eberhart & Barry in Macon, Ga., Kollin Kite of Coldwell Banker Commercial Paradise in Vero Beach, Fla., and Beau Tucker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Capital Advisors in Lubbock, Texas, have been recognized as young commercial real estate professionals who are making strides in the industry by understanding the importance of building strong customer and community relationships.

Mentor/Protégé of the Year: Mentor, Robert Clay and Protégé, Sam Kline, Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA in Charlotte, N.C.
