SAN FRANCISCO (August 1, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to have represented the seller in the sale of the Yully Building, an office building located at 1212 Market St. in San Francisco. The property sold for $7.66 million.

Kevin Caravelli and Steven Caravelli, CCIM, commercial real estate professionals affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, represented the seller in the transaction.

The four-story property measures 23,000 square feet and is situated on 0.11 acres of land. The property is located within San Francisco’s Mid-Market District and two blocks from the Civic Center.

“This was a court-appointed partition sale, with Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty representing the court-appointed referee. The property was on the market for 30 days and we received several offers. The property was delivered vacant and was a value-add opportunity for the buyer. The new owner intends to modernize the property before leasing,” said Steven Caravelli.
