WACO, Texas (June 27, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Commercial is pleased to have represented the seller in the sale of a fully leased, 46-unit multifamily property located at 330 Austin Ave. in Waco, Texas. The sale price was undisclosed.

Clay Fuller, a commercial real estate professional affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial Jim Stewart, Realtors, represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The Class A property was constructed in 2008 and includes a 6,300 square feet restaurant and 3,500 square feet of retail space.
