COLDWELL BANKER REALTY FACILITATES SALE OF 95,000 SQUARE-FOOT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN JACKSONVILLE
JACKSONVILLE, FLA. (Oct. 19, 2022) – Coldwell Banker Realty is pleased to announce that it has facilitated the sale of 6225 and 6255 Lake Gray Blvd. in Jacksonville, a 95,000 square-foot industrial/office property in the Lake Gray Commerce Center. The sale price was $8.1 million.
Atlee Mahorn, MBA, with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the seller, Lake Gray Plaza, LLC. The buyer was Geneva Gray, LLC.
“We see the secondary Florida markets like Jacksonville being the beneficiary of an increasing affordability issue in the major markets. We will continue to scale in these markets,” said Jarred Elmar, managing partner of the Geneva Group.
Built in 1988, the multi-tenant, single-story property is situated on three acres, has 18-foot clear height and 100 parking spaces. Lake Gray Commerce Center boasts national tenants like Boeing, Carrier Enterprises, Sherwin Williams and Geico-owned Boat USA. The owner was Montreal, Canada-based MC Finance, a real estate development company, operating as Lake Gray Plaza, LLC.
