The Coldwell Banker Commercial® brand had an exciting 2018 with new product launches, customer support, updated learning platform, and marketing expansions. Here are just some of the 2018 highlights:
Buildout, the premier web-based commercial marketing platform that streamlines every step of the listing process was launched in addition to Rofo, the commercial real estate platform that generates and routes commercial leads.
There was also an emphasis on continuing to support though assigning a Brand Ambassador to each CBC company. The Blue Glove concierge service was introduced to provide support for the Top 2% percent of commercial agents.
Commercial affiliates were also provided with access to LinkedIn Learning, the all-virtual library providing access to thousands of high-quality courses to assist in the development of skills such as negotiation, business acumen, and sales perspective that can help build success.
The marketing team was expanded and resulted in increases in year over year traffic, visitors, and page views for the www.CBCworldwide.com website. Coldwell Banker Commercial also sponsored major industry events, such as ICSC Recon, and released the annual Blue Book which provides snapshots of commercial real estate across the United States.
