She is a fierce advocate for amplifying the voices and profiles of women in commercial real estate at her company and beyond. She leads the CRE Women in CBC affinity group, a supplement to the CBC What Moves Her program, and is a host of the CRE with CBCWorldwide podcast where she highlights values, culture, and success at work. As a woman and first-generation American, she has long been an advocate for equity and inclusion that calls for participation as the key to achieving progress.
