This is because the guests regularly return to the hotel and highly recommend it to friends and colleagues. The total area is 2000 sq mtrs comprising of one three story apartment building, one four storey apartment building, restaurant, bar, heart shaped pool, and gardens. There are 40 rooms in total with the latest building having 17 large rooms purposely built only two years ago. It consists of 10 rooms with two king-sized beds, 2 rooms with three king sized beds, 5 rooms with one king sized bed. Three of the rooms also have Jacuzzi, bidet and shower. All the rooms have bathrooms, air conditioning, fan, fridge and balcony. The penthouse apartments have views of the ocean and the Sosua baseball pitch where young hopefuls practice hoping to become a baseball star of the future. The other building has 23 rooms which are completely refurbished every five to six years on a rolling basis. All the rooms are currently being used and have king-sized beds, bathroom, air-conditioning, fan and fridge. Every Friday the hotel organizes a competition and provides a buffet for guests and friends which attract many to the party atmosphere. There are16 staff who ensure that every vacated room is clean and ready for the next guest within one hour.
