Mario was born in Colombia and has lived in a number of countries such as the U.S. Mexico, Venezuela and for the past 13 years in Costa Rica. He is fluent in both English and Spanish and has been a successful Real Estate Broker for much of that time. He is the Owner/Broker of the Santa Ana/Central Valley East office of Coldwell Banker in Costa Rica. Some of his accomplishments have been in the construction field as well as in the tourism business. Mario is a tireless agent who works 7 days a week advising and assisting his clients to make the best decisions when buying/selling or renting properties in Costa Rica.
