Josh Carter

Born in Dallas, Josh is a native Texan. After graduating from Baylor University in 1999, he chose to make Waco his home. Josh began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2000. His real estate practice is limited exclusively to commercial and investment properties. He has extensive experience in virtually every commercial property type, including industrial, office, retail, multi-family, raw land, restaurant, medical, and special purpose properties. Over his career, Josh has served clientele ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to growing regional companies to locally owned “mom and pop” businesses. He is well-acquainted with a wide variety of transaction types and special projects, including acquisitions, dispositions, site selection and development, leasing, sub-leasing, 1031-exchanges, portfolios, and consulting. Josh prides himself in providing "next level service" through a commitment to personal and proactive communication, understanding changing market conditions, attention to detail, and putting his clients’ interests first. Josh is an exercise enthusiast, proud “Ironman”, and enjoys spending time with his 3 children and 2 rescue dogs.
