Lance Hammonds is a commercial agent with an extensive background in chemical and industrial marketing with global 500 corporations.
He brings an in-depth understanding of the impact logistics can have on the profitability of an organization. Lance has completed extensive training in commercial real estate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers and is prepared to utilize all the resources and for his clients.
Lance has been actively involved in the metro Atlanta community for many years and has an understanding of zoning and land use planning. He focuses on the Metro Atlanta area, specifically DeKalb, Gwinnett, Fulton, and Rockdale counties. He has a BS degree in Biology and Chemistry, from the University of Redlands and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Lance is a member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors.
