Suzanne Hill's Profile
Suzanne joined Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA in February of 2017. Prior to joining MECA's team, Suzanne managed a family business in Lake Wylie, SC. Born in Charlotte, and raised in York County, she has seen the tremendous growth that has taken place in the greater Charlotte area and its impact on York County. Suzanne's real estate career began in commercial property management with a focus on retail and lifestyle properties. She served as property manager for Lincoln Harris' retail division for properties including Phillips Place and Ballantyne Commons East. After spending some time working in residential real estate, Suzanne returned to commercial real estate out of a desire to provide brokerage services to local small business owners, combining her real estate and family business background. Suzanne's passion for commercial real estate in York County is driven by her desire to help others in her greater community achieve their business goals while being a part of the development of one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. After graduating Winthrop University where she received a B.A. in Philosophy and Religious Studies, Suzanne pursued graduate work in Philosophy at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium where she met her husband. They were married in Belgium and she promptly convinced him to move to South Carolina. Suzanne and her husband reside in York where they spend much of their spare time restoring a Greek Revival home from the 1850's and walking their dogs through downtown. Community involvement is important to Suzanne and she was previously a member of both the Bethel Volunteer Fire Department and the River Hills/Lake Wylie EMS. She was a Guardian ad Litem for York County and currently serves on a volunteer board for the City of York. Suzanne holds a South Carolina Real Estate License and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.
