ABOUT

Patrick Bisceglia has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Born and raised in Harrison, NY, he is currently a Katonah resident, but also lived in Connecticut for over 20 years . Mr. Bisceglia started working for his family’s construction and development companies, supervising large construction projects and managing a portfolio of office and multi-family properties. His highly diverse background also includes investment sales brokerage, leasing, financing and property management. He hold a B.A. in Economics from Saint Lawrence University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University. He is a licensed broker in New York and Connecticut and is focused on commercial investment sales transactions in Westchester and Fairfield Counties.

Having worked as a commercial investment sales broker at Rockwood Realty, CB Richard Ellis, Grubb & Ellis, Transwestern, and in his own business, Bluestone Realty Advisors, Inc., he has been involved in the sale of over $4.0 billion in real estate including multi-family, office, industrial and land. While at CB Richard Ellis, he executed the sale of the Kushner Portfolio ($1.9 billion multi-family portfolio) and the Starwood-Ceruzzi Portfolio ($433 million retail portfolio). While at Rockwood, he was the asset manager and sales agent for Fresh Meadows in Queens, NY, a mixed-use property with 3,287 apartments and 438,000 SF of retail/commercial space, which was eventually sold for $215 million. While in his own business, he was the asset manager and sales agent for a portfolio of 40 condominiums in lower Manhattan. Over the course of his career, he has sold, leased and financed hundreds of properties and has represented both institutional and private clients as a consultant, advisor and sales agent.
