Mario est un vétéran de l'immobilier avec plus de 23 ans d'expérience dans les secteurs industriel et commercial. L'esprit d'entreprise de Mario, ainsi que sa passion et sa motivation à obtenir le maximum de résultats pour ses clients, lui permettent d'offrir à ces derniers un service très personnalisé. Après avoir travaillé comme représentant des locataires, Mario s'est familiarisé avec toutes les facettes de l'immobilier telles que la vente de bâtiments industriels et commerciaux ainsi que la gestion de terrains et de projets. Mario a fait partie d'une équipe qui a travaillé sur le premier bâtiment certifié LEEDS financé par le secteur privé au Québec en 2006 ainsi que sur un autre projet LEEDS en 2009. Mario travaille actuellement pour le compte de ses clients en tant que courtier en location dans les marchés de bureaux et industriels. Mario représente également ses clients dans l'acquisition et la cession de leurs actifs immobiliers. Mario est titulaire d'une licence en sociologie et en marketing et parle parfaitement le français, l'anglais et l'italien. ================================
Mario is a Real Estate veteran with over 23 years of experience in the industrial and commercial sectors. After having worked as a tenant representative, Mario familiarized himself with all facets of real estate such as the sale of industrial and commercial buildings as well as land and project management. Mario was part of a team that worked on the first privately funded LEEDS certified building in Quebec in 2006 as well as an additional LEEDS project in 2009. Mario currently works on behalf of his clients as a leasing broker in both the office and industrial markets. Mario also represents his clients in the acquisition and disposition of their real estate assets. Mario holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both Sociology and Marketing and is perfectly fluent in French, English and Italian.
