General Manager Scott Wingfield joined Coldwell Banker Thomas J. White Realty in 2001 and was appointed General Manager in 2006 and Broker in 2013. His family was the original developers of PGA Village, known at that time as The Reserve. Scott graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1975 after receiving a football scholarship to this prestigious college. He set 2 Vanderbilt University records during his playing career, receiving All-American honors and playing in the 1974 Peach Bowl. Scott Wingfield is very active in the real estate industry on both the state and local levels. He has served as a Director of the Florida Realtors and has achieved Florida Realtor Honor Society on multiple occasions. Scott served as the President of the Realtors Association of St. Lucie in 2008 and the Regional Multiple Listing Service in 2011. He has received numerous awards, including the 2009 Realtor of the Year.
