Stewart's principal skill sets are all based on integrity, commitment, loyalty, and trust. His goal is not only to create a brokerage for his clients but also to create long-lasting relationships with his clientele.
His mantra of always being a work-in-progress has served and continues to suit his clients whether it's in the real estate products of investments, land acquisition, multi-family, leasing/tenant rep, or retail. Stewart matches the product with the client's needs. This continual commitment to learning new markets and refining his knowledge of ever-changing older markets makes Stewart ready and capable to handle your real estate needs.
Stewart has enjoyed a successful long-standing career in sales and management, both in the private sector and the public sector. In the private sector, he has handled the facilities aspect of real estate for Verizon wireless covering most of the Midwest region. As a sales director/sales manager Stewart has increased the revenue of the companies he has worked for in the field of telephony/data network infrastructures.
In the public sector, Stewart has held and served as the head of real estate for the County of Cook in the state of Illinois for the forest preserve division. This is an appointed position.
Stewart will draw on all these vast experiences and share his knowledge and passion for real estate with all of his clients, this is the value-add that his prospective clients and present clientele value so much.
