Deborah has over 20 years of experience with successfully leasing office space and has dealt with national credit, governmental agencies, and local tenants. Additionally, Deborah has proven her negotiating abilities when coordinating multi-million dollar industrial and retail transactions requiring in depth knowledge of the area marketplace. A native of southeast Texas and a Lamar University Cum Laude honor graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Deborah holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license and is a member of the National, Texas, and Houston Association of Realtors. She is active in local Chambers of Commerce, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has participated in various civic organizations such as United Way and served on the Budget and Appropriations Committees for non-profit organizations such as Salvation Army, Boy Scouts of America, Boys Haven, Red Cross, and CP Rehabilitation Center.
