Susan is a Global Luxury Residential and Income Property Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the Los Angeles real estate market. She has consistently been a Top Producer at Coldwell Banker ranking steadily at Top 1%-2% among all sales associates internationally for Coldwell Banker Realty year after year.
She joined Coldwell Banker’s Premier Brentwood office over 17 years ago in 2005 with a 5-year background in real estate financing. She intimately understands the financial intricacies involved in every real estate transaction, and is skilled at not only closing deals but making sure her clients feel comfortable throughout the process. She frequently works with high net-worth clients in the luxury investment sector that require the highest level of privacy and confidentiality but mostly prides herself in being able to offer her expertise to home buyers/sellers navigate through the complex real estate market in Los Angeles. Over 90% of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals based on her strong work ethics and service oriented approach that doesn’t end when the sales c loses; she is a trusted lifelong advisor to her clients.
Born in LA but fortunate to have had the opportunity to be raised in both Seoul and Los Angeles during her childhood, Susan is proud of her dual cultural background. She studied Mass Communications at University of California, Berkeley and currently resides in West Los Angeles with her husband and their 2 dogs.
