Scott Pickert

Scott is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of senior-level experience. He most recently held the position of Chief Executive Officer for a boutique hotel/resort group. Scott restructured the company and it was successfully sold in 2019. Throughout his career, Scott has held positions supervising the management of hospitality, real estate, rental management, homeowners association management, golf, and utility company operations for resort properties. He has been instrumental in acquisition, rebranding, repositioning and disposition of hotel real estate assets, maximizing asset potential, multimillion dollar renovations, ground-up development, leasing and managing retail/office space, and multi-family property management.

Scott has lived in California for nearly 30 years, including Los Angeles, Orange County, and the East Bay, before relocating to Napa Valley in 2018.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, specializing in Hotel and Restaurant Management, and Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management Certification from Cornell University.
