I am a full-time Realtor® servicing the Greater New Orleans Metro market. As a lifelong resident, I have spent significant time in many neighborhoods throughout the Metro area. As a Realtor® I have completed successful transactions for my clients in Southshore (Uptown, Mid-city, Lake Front Lakeview, Gentilly, Bywater, CBD, Warehouse, Garden District, Metairie, Ole Metairie, Kenner), Northshore (Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville, Folsom, Slidell), West Bank (English Turn, Algiers Point, Algiers, Old Gretna, Gretna, Harvey) River Parishes (LaPlace, Donaldsonville, Ormand, Destrehan, Luling), Baton Rouge area (University, Perkins Row, Prairieville, Gonzales, Maurepas, St Amant, Denham Springs), The Bayou (Houma, Thibodaux, Raceland), St Bernard and Plaquemines Parishes. With a background in banking and insurance, I am able to give my clients additional insight into the process of property purchasing and selling, and aid in decision making. My formal education of a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. combined with 19 years in real estate has led to me being in the top 5 producers in my company.
My goals for every client are to make the process smooth and educational, to protect their investment, to and achieve their goals. The ability to accomplish all three of these goals is evidence of the value I bring to the table in every successful transaction. Listening to what a client wants, and needs are the key. Once the need is identified, my knowledge of the market and connections with other agents, lenders, insurers, inspectors, contractors, and other professional colleagues make for a smooth and streamlined transaction. Once the need has been identified and met, that is only the beginning. As a C ertified C ommercial I nvestment M ember with numerous awards and recognitions for production; I always quietly keep my focus on resale. Resale is not always in the mind of most clients at the time of purchase, but as a seasoned Realtor®, I know that life changes and, along with that, their property needs to change. Resale is a vital part of the investment portfolio.
