Jeffrey is a commercial realtor who has been practicing over several decades. His expertise is working with owners of retail land and improved retail properties with tenants who sell merchandise to the public and generate sales and real property taxes. The result is valued customer store traffic for retailers and sales tax collecting properties on major highway arteries from the Spokane Valley to the Eastern Rathdrum Prairie communities. Cities generally encourage retail development on the major arterials for their sales tax benefits.
Retail career experience is focused on two areas: Developer services in Marketing and Tenant acquisition for retail centers;
Retail Tenant Site services including site location, analysis, and transaction negotiation for anchor tenants.
Developer Services provided in past include:
Site plan design and major tenant acquisition for Tustin Marketplace, Phase 1, Tustin, CA., a 750,000 s.f. power center Land acquisition and Ralph’s Supermarket anchor acquisition for a 100,000 s.f. new build neighborhood center in Downey, CA. Land acquisition and Petco anchor provision for a new build 60,000 s.f. retail center, Costa Mesa, CA. Ralph’s Supermarket 45,000 s.f. anchor for a remodeled retail center, Huntington Beach, CA. Office Depot 30,000 s.f. as second gen. anchor of retail center,Tustin, CA. Mervyns and PGA Store anchors 100,000 s.f. combined for a new build power retail center, Palm Desert, CA. Von’s Supermarket and Marshall’s anchors 90,000 s.f. combined for a new build neighborhood retail center in Victorville, CA. Ralph’s Supermarket and Rite Aid anchors 80,000 s.f. combined for new build retail center Del Mar Highlands, CA. Retail Site Services in past include :
Site acquisition and transaction guidance for AMC Theaters, Regal Cinemas, Best Buy, 2 Home Depots, CVS Drug, Marshall’s, 7 Mother’s Markets, Office Depot, AT&T, Rite Aid, Petco, PGA Store, Ross for Less, and 10 7-Eleven C-stores with gas, altogether 735,500 s.f.
New Showrooms and Service facilities were provided for new auto dealer facilities: Volvo, BMW, Saab, Range Rover, Ferrari, and Maserati for 90,000 s.f. of showroom and offices. Additionally pads and shops for many food tenants – 5 Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s, Jack-in-the-Box, 2 Starbuck’s, Subway, 2 Firehouse Subs and others.
Prior to his career at Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller, Jeffrey worked on 2 million feet of retail centers, for developers and retailers in sizes from neighborhood centers to power center projects.
Jeffrey is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (ACRE).
