ABOUT

Robin started her real estate career while in college. She sold residential real estate until 1982 when she was hired by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate to lease the Annapolis City Marina, a 75,000 square foot office and retail complex.
After fully leasing that project, she went on to Baltimore City to lease and sell office buildings, land, and retail space in the Baltimore/Annapolis/Anne Arundel County triangle for a prestigious commercial real brokerage firm, Casey, Miller, Kornblatt & Burns. She was beckoned back to Annapolis when McCormick Properties, the spice company’s real estate subsidiary, hired her to lease 110,000 square feet of office space at the Heritage Office Center on Riva Road. After fully leasing that project, she then leased flex space in Columbia for McCormick.
CBRE then recruited Robin to lease and sell office space in Anne Arundel County as an Office Leasing Specialist. While with CBRE, she listed large projects and Class A buildings in Annapolis and the surrounding region.
After four years there, she founded her own company, Maisel Real Estate, Inc. For 25 years, she leased and sold land, retail space, warehouse space, and office space with her specialties including tenant representation, build to suit opportunities, corporate headquarters, and land acquisition.

In 2019, she was recruited as Associate Broker to Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT as the sole commercial real estate broker in the Annapolis Church Circle office. She continues her career with many listings and tenant and buyer representation.

R obin has held positions on the executive boards of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and Commercial Real Estate Women. Currently, she is a member of the Anne Arundel County Board of Realtors (AACAR), Anne Arundel Commercial and Industrial Agents (AACIA), the Annapolis Toastmasters, and the Annapolis Yacht Club.
