Garett Palmer joined Goodfellow Real Estate now Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in 2008 and leads the Goodfellow retail brokerage team. Garett started his career at General Electric in the commercial equipment financing division where he handled leasing for heavy equipment and aircraft deals. After making his first real estate investment he decided to pursue his passion and make it a full-time career. Garett brings over 17 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in a wide range of real estate transactions from acquisition, disposition, tenant and landlord exclusive representation, market analysis and negotiation of new and existing leases. His experience has also involved new ground up development of retail projects including cost analysis, project financing and management. He currently manages over 100,000 SF of retail properties with close to 40 retail tenants. He has been involved with both publicly trade companies and national branded companies either through exclusive representation of either the tenant or landlord. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Salve Regina University in Newport Rhode Island where he was a member of the school soccer team.
